    This was a waste of money. I received 36 pencils and two bags when the advertisement says 54 and shows three bags. The shipping took extremely long time from Canada to Texas. I have contacted the seller so he can make it right we will see what happens. I have no problems with them being partial pencils. 12 of these are actual prismacolors most are shorter than 2 inches the rest are not artist quality pencils they are school school quality Crayola smile Makers and berol.
