    The barrel port doesn’t work. The laptop is in excellent cosmetic condition. Reach out to seller in regards. They stated to return item no exchange just refund. I inquired if they have another one save model that I couldcould buy when this return, no response and no effort in assisting to make this happen. Not happy with the assistance provided and the fact of not even trying to assist on the question was a bummer.
