    As described. Dell refurb so the box was sealed, it has a warranty, and it's in better condition than I expected. No cosmetic issues at all.     Item as described and arrived with enough packing materail I believe the shipper could've drop-kicked the box all the way here without any damage. Price was fair, and appearance was like new. My only issue was that the computer arrived with a DOA CMOS battery, which was easily fixed and not enough of an issue to spoil my 5 star rating. Would buy from again.

    Battery life was 94.3% of original, which I read is acceptable under refurbished expectations. Seller was quite curt with me in my communication, however, I understand that they are offering this at a discounted price. As such, I do still recommend this product and seller, and would do future business with them. The item was in pristine condition (high quality and appearance), and looks brand new.
