  The item ordered was forwarded promptly and signed for on delivery. Unfortunately the item was not exactly as ordered and so the returns process was initiated. This was handled with both courtesy and speed by the seller and within a very few days the requested full refund was agreed and implemented. Therefore, although the item was brand new but not exactly as ordered necessitating a full refund, the Seller merits a high rating on account of having an efficient/effective complaints process.

  The item sent was not a Velpeau branded product. I asked to return but was fobbed off with a message that supplies are low and that the belt would perform equally as well as the Velpeau belt. I disagree. I consider the design to be inferior to the Velpeau belt. I have asked eBay for help with the return.
