  This was a learning experience! All items pictured were received. Sadly the lid pictured did not fit the bowl properly. In order to lock, it actually cracked the bowl; and I marked up the drink cups, so I didn't feel I could return it. (Was offered $ for shipping) Instead, I asked for compensation for the lid that didn't work, but we did not reach an agreement. So I've found a work around (ordered another lid, and another set to be complete - $60 more). Atleast I didn't pay full asking price.

  We provided the correct lid. The buyer initially did not properly align the white arrows on the lid and the handle, which is required to close the lid correctly. Without propely aligning the arrows you could potentially damage if its forced. We provided a photo to the buyer showing the correct way. The buyer confirmed they were able to close the lid but it leaked. We offered a FULL refund and a credit of 10 dollars towards shipping.
