Seller sold me a damaged Tomica playset that I bought for my son. The elevator has a auto and manual function. The auto did not work. Upon contacting NinjaStar regarding the matter, they told me to tell my son that the manual function still works and to tell my son that returning the item would be "cumbersome". When I initiated return, he wanted me to pay for return shipping which is ridiculous considering it was damaged. Thankfully eBay stepped in and made it right I did not have to return it.

He did not respond at all and suddenly opened a return request. He also abused eBay's rules to take the item.
