    Great seller experience, though disappointed sale. Contacted seller after receiving keyboard because one key would not produce a character when pressed. He helped me with a variety of remedies to try and fix the problem. Unfortunately nothing revived that key. He suggested refund and this process was completed. Disappointed I didn't have a new keyboard but excellent resolution / refund. BTW seller responded within minutes of communicating with him.
