Shipping was delayed for several days; seller claimed the parcel was dropped at the post office when the label was booked, but it was not scanned for days, which felt more like an excuse than a genuine reason for the delay. Communication during this time was poor, with slow or no responses to multiple messages. When it eventually arrived, packaging was completely inadequate — only wrapped in paper — causing crushed corners and visible damage to the product box.
