    Supr fast shipping! A great find. Hamilton Beach ovens like this one are the best for frozen pizza. My last one tasted about 15 years of hard use. I saved the rack and it fits in the bottom slot. It's heavier gage and will cook a little better. Thank you!

    The item was shipped in a plastic bag. The item did not take a charge. Took item to a repair shop for estimate and evaluation. Was told battery would not take a charge. Reported problem to seller. No reply from seller after three days. I contacted eBay for plans to return the item to seller. I’m relieved that I bought the extra warranty coverage. I’ve purchased hundreds of items on eBay since 1999. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced on eBay. Find another seller.
