Given the condition of the paper cover, it seems that the cassette spent some time in a humid environment, which may explain the issue with the tape. I contacted the seller, who kindly offered a full refund. However, I insisted on a partial refund because much of the cassette was still in good condition. Despite my request, the seller maintained their offer of a full refund. I truly appreciate their kindness!
