    NWA Outfitters shipped my jacket within 24 hours of purchase, and it arrived a few days later in a nice strong box, neatly folded, and protected by a plastic bag. It smelled clean and was exactly as described. A perfect fit. It is slightly a slightly darker grey than what I saw in the picture, indicating the bright lighting under which the shot was taken, but the color works as I intended and I'm well pleased with the purchase.
