Photograph and dimensions advertised different from received item. Confrontational response from seller despite providing photos. Insisted I pay for delivery despite it being their error. Really poor customer service

Only the *dimensional* drawing was incorrect (from Burlington's website.) The product code was correct and was clearly indicated, which you ignored, so your negative feedback is unfair. I apologised for the unexpected discrepancy. Despite this, I'm STILL waiting for you to return the item you saiid you were going to send back some time ago. Presumably you've chosen to keep it, given the only difference is about 2" in spout length, so not exactly a major issue. We both made mistakes. Nick
