Although a bonus card was included (which is very generous) he put it in the same penny sleeve as the card I purchased. The holo on my card was facing the back of the bonus card which resulted in scratches and corner damage (no toploader) . Very disappointing. He originally wanted the card for $28. He later sent me an offer for $35. I accepted and sent the card with the exact same secure method I had sent dozens of other cards. The second he received the card he asked for his planned partial refund. Even if I had packaged it the way he wanted, he would have found something else that was an issue. I offered a full refund with return of card and he refused because there's no shipping damage.
