The shipping was a nightmare, arriving almost a week late. Obviously that typically shouldn't be held against the seller, however in this case I strongly feel that the regular envelope encased in tape may have had something to do with it. Product description was accurate.

For standard shipping that only cost $1.00, it's not always going to come as protected and fast as tracked mail. Sorry you had an issue, but with standard shipping, it is what it is.
