    It's been such a pleasure doing business with a company that has integrity. My BMW cluster was going to cost hundreds, but after seeing this service on eBay, I decided to take a chance. I have to admit paying for a service beforehand and having to ship a part from Cali to Colorado was scary for me, and i was very apprehensive at first.     Item was returned in good condition and appears to be in good working order. Quality and Appearance of the repair I would say was good. Shipped on a Monday morning and it reached destination Wednesday evening. I received it back two Mondays later. That would be about 14 days for the service. Was a little disappointed but I had other transportation available so it was not a big deal. I add this comment only to inform of the overall turnaround of the service. I would use this service again.
