  Hi good morning I received the package and I tried to install after next day but it’s not working at this time and I’m still planning to Toyota dealer to make an appointment but I don’t know yet when I could decided. Not right now I have another problem of my car air conditioning not working too. and need to fix it that first before other problems of my car because a lot of money if I go there right a way, so now could I still return first at this time the DVD map navigation that I purchased?

  The problems not the disc. Your navigation unit can't read the same disc that came with your car. You need to replace or repair your DVD drive mechanism to fix your issue.
