    This item is a beautiful Christmas drink dispenser. I ordered this as a second one to go with one I bought new years ago. It is exactly as described. The price was similar to the price I paid for the original. The shipping cost more than usual due to size and fragility. My original one was well packaged with fitted styrofoam in the box. The seller shipped it via Fed Ex in only the original packaging, not even an outside box or a notice of fragile. Surprisingly it arrived undamaged.

    Thank you so much for the positive review and happy the item arrived safe and sound! Sorry to hear you may have been disappointed in how it was shipped. This item came in its original box that was then put into another box. Within the original box we added extra padding and bubble wrap to protect the glass dispenser as we have found in the past this is the most effective way to ensure that the glass does not become damaged. Thank you again for your purchase and hope you shop with us again soon!
