  Prior to ordering the product, I changed our address, but it was mailed to the old address and we never received it. I need to get hold of the company to see if they can ship to our new address.

  Deliver with no packaging so the item got slighty damaged, but for something like that , that you sell sealed, receiving it with the seal damaged it's not possible. I will still keep them and open them but not recommanded
