  Descriptions was spot on, packaging was good and postage was reasonable. Where I have a problem is don't order from this seller if you're in a hurry. I paid 2 May. The shipping label was created 6 May. The post office got it 12 May. I asked the seller why and had the tracking info read back to me. It took like 3 tries to get across that I was asking why it took so long to get this in the mail. Never got a good answer. This is why I rated them 2* on shipping time and seller communication.

  I am very sorry for the significant delay you experienced with your order. I understand your frustration with the timeline. While we processed your order and created the shipping label on May 6th, it appears there was an unexpected and prolonged delay at the postal facility before your package was scanned into transit by USPS on May 12th. I agree that this added considerable time to the shipping process, and I apologize for any confusion and for not providing a clearer explanation.
