  So sorry you are having problems with your purchase. I see your item was delivered 20 days ago and I didn't see that you reached out with an issue. sometimes its a simple solution that can be fixed with the proper understanding of how this item is set and also it could be that there's an issue with the device. either way if you are dissatisfied I keep my word that Ebay and myself through our partnership will make sure you are taken care of,.I sent you a message telling you are covered.

  thank you for your feedback. I'm always attempting to be a little better everyday. I try and describe items I list with accurate descriptions and clear pictures. this particular item was sold for parts and not working.the condition appeared to be in very good condition, I apologize if I missed something that I wasn't aware of.
