    I checked the cycle count and it was only 2. Laptop looks like new. Open box Status confirmed. The unit was packed well. Except for some dirt on the rubber feet (which was easy to clean) everything looked new and as described. Would buy from this seller again. Thank you for the good deal.

    The laptop was shipped promptly and arrived within the posted timeframe. Packaging was good and It appears to be exactly as described, except for one major issue. The seller turned on the laptop to make an account to install drivers and make sure things were running. I did not ask for this nor was it communicated that it would be done. While I did restore the laptop and it seems to be fine, open box new is supposed to mean unused, period. For that, I can only rate this experience as neutral.
