    Coat is patchouli infused, so is unwearable. She refused to refund shipping costs. Also rude even though it was her bad! Beware!!

    You received a refund for the coat without having to return it. You knowingly purchased a USED coat and expected it NOT to be washed. As I said, wash the coat with laundry detergent of your choosing. The fragrance is from laundry detergent not perfume and I don't own anything with patchouli.
