    When the unit arrived it was seized and would not work at all. After a couple of days of soaking in penetrating oil the tool began to move and seemed to function as expected. Disappointed that it did not work when it arrived.

You received a significant discounted price - we thought you'd be more appreciative by at least contacting us so we could make it right, before leaving neutral feedback. Apparently, this item was sitting for a long period of time; the seizing would've released with a spray of penetrating oil - It didn't need to soak for 2 days. But we're so glad it worked!
