Purchased on 26/3 advised about a delay because item being out of stock. I offered an alternative which was declined . 2weeks radio silence.
When I contacted them,still no stock and I again proposed an alternative. They then asked for extra shipping
Refund was then offered to be processed in 5 days 19/5 it is now 29/5 .
a formal eBay complaint will be lodged .
Use this seller with caution,I do not recommend
Incidentally, I have already order and received a replacement item from another company
