    Delivery Delay – Still Not Received I purchased the Genuine PANDORA Family Tree Heart Openwork engraved love charm (#797058) on 07 August 2025 (Order #24-13414-52949, AU $28.90). The estimated delivery date was Wednesday, 20 August 2025, but today is 23 August 2025 and the item has still not arrived. I have already contacted the seller regarding this issue, but they have not responded to my message. This lack of communication adds to my frustration, as I expected updates or tracking information
