  I asked where my package was after 10 days it still hadn't been delivered, they offered a refund, but I said please hold off for a day, as it may arrive the next day, due to the fact it had been a bank holiday, but they said it's too late, they already refunded it, but they sent less, but when I tried to pay refund back, they tried to push me into paying back a refund outside of eBay, which is totally against eBay policy, and risks my safety, not only that, I felt threatened by them, not cool 😭

  You asked me to hold the pattern until you could make payment. After 10days you said it hadn’t arrived and asked me to chase it up. I promptly issued a refund £7.17 the full amount you paid. Later that evening, you said you’d prefer to wait but I had already processed it. I confirm this. The pattern arrived later,Now you have both the item and the refund. I asked you to repay the refunded. As the sale was closed, I offered PayPal as an alternative which you declined, and asked for another listin
