Item arrived safely, but was poorly packaged for shipping. Ornament box was squished during shipping because it was only wrapped with bubble wrap and sent in a poly bag. Shipping was very reasonable and I have no other issues with seller.

I am very disappointed!! Seller could not honor the auction for .99 with the item as won!! I should have been notified right away, not 3 days later and only after I contacted her wondering about shipping!! I knew it was too good to be true!! Got a refund but really rather have had the item as won!! :-(

I messaged you within 2 hours of the auction ending and you never replied so I offered a replacement that you were not happy with so I refunded

That is not true, and you know it!! In your only message to me only AFTER I contacted U 3 days later about shipping and asked what the tracking # was to watch for it after U marked the item SHIPPED!! U said U meant to contact me but never did (I doubled checked my messages) and I was the one that had to ask for a refund when U offered me a totally unrelated item as a replacement!! Pls be honest!!!!!!!

Nice dress and price but terrible shipping conditions. The dress came in a very small envelope that I accidentally cut the dress when I tried to open it. I don't know why the shipping cost $4.25 for this kind od envelope.

cutting is hard I know...I never said you needed to cut the envelope. if I used a different kind of envelope the shipping would be more...then you would complain about that also
