    Unfortunately, despite exceptional packaging, this model suffered damage in transit. The seller contacted me promptly and although the damage had occurred in transit offered to replace it without question. I suggested if I knew how to open the model I could easily fix it myself. The seller being an expert, instructed me on how to access the internals so I was able to do that. Very happy with the outstanding customer service and would not hesitate to buy again.
