    The last time I heard from you was on February 17th, 2025. You replied to my message by saying "Thank you," which made me think your package was delivered and you had received it. If you had more problems, I thought you would have reached out to me. However, for some reason, I never heard back from you.

    The product GPR-53 Compatible Toner Set X4 KYCC for IR C3320. But I got only one black toner. The seller knew full well that I was supposed to get "Toner Set X4 KYCC" but sent only one anyway. When I complained, I was told that the money I paid could not cover the cost of more than 1 toner. When I expressed my disgust, the scammer insisted it was an error on his part and that I must pay to have the order returned to get a refund. The cost of the shipping = refund value. So it is a 100% loss.

    Clarification Regarding Item Listing Error We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. We acknowledge the mistake in the product listing and have already reached out to explain the error. That said, the listed price $42.75 for "FOUR" GPR-53 Compatible Toners (Konica Minolta Bizhub IR C3320) was clearly incorrect. This pricing is unrealistic and does not align with market standards. It appears there was an attempt to exploit this error, which raises ethical concerns.
