    I'm very sorry that the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, the buyer never contacted me about receiving an item that wasn't as described. Each photo shows that one chain is missing, but I had no idea it was supposed to be there. If I had known the bag was missing, I would have noted it in the description. The buyer must have missed it during purchase as well. I tried to contact the buyer to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the buyer hasn't responded.
