    There is a bit of variety in what was sent but it looks like it was beads that were picked up from yard sales and taken apart from actual jewelry. Which again if the quality was okay I wouldn't care but I make keychains with them and over half of them I had to throw away. The beads were either scuffed up or dirty, like the white beads were very dingy and some of the metal beads have the metal coating coming off. I won't purchase again.

    I've sold this exact item hundreds of times to happy repeat buyers with great feedback. This buyer never contacted me before leaving negative feedback, then was condescending and rude in messages when I offered to help. The beads matched the photos and description in the listing and even her own photos attached to her feedback. Her review does not reflect the truth. I stand by my service and Top Rated Seller status. Buy with confidence as I always strive to make things right for my customers.
