  I purchased an expensive suit (over $1200AU) that was described as being in excellent condition and having no holes or damage but it has a hole right at the front of the skirt. The seller offered to replace the skirt but did not do so, and stopped responding to messages once the eBay return/refund limit passed. This is also a warning to eBay users - every prompt tells you to try and work it out with the seller first and this turned out to be bad advice.

  I did contact the buyer a replacement skirt with no response from them. I tried contacting them again with no response. I did offer a return if they so wished to or a replacement without response.
