  Horrible experience, I was sent the wrong item, it was partially broken. I reached out to the seller, they were very rude and unhelpful, they accused me of extortion and refused to help. They took no accountability and blamed eBay. I found the posting for the item they sent me, it’s actually worth more than the item that I purchased, but useless to me because it’s not what I needed since I was buying a replacement. I added a pic of the two postings for reference.

  I am very sorry to have received a negative feedback. I actually do not know what it is all about. I sent the item that was purchased and tried to help by offering a full refund when the item was sent back. The buyer wanted a refund with no indication of sending the casseroles back. I will not be discouraged by this and will continue to offer the best service that I can.
