This is the third time I have ordered this lock. It has broken three times. Four people have now been locked in the office bathroom over the past years with three different locks.each time it has been fitted by a different tradesman and the lock has failed every time.

Hello Thank for your feedback, we would suggest that the sash lock in the door may be fitted slightly out of line, causing tension once everything is tightened, and leading to the issue you describe. As the thumb turn on the lever handle itself would not cause the lock to become stuck we do not think that the lever handle is at fault, and as this has happened several times on the same door, but not on any other door that we are aware of, it does tend to point a lock fitting issue.
