    I've purchased it twice but both steps received not very well finished. Their issue is the quality. Not fully painted, some paint chips, not finished as it should be - sharp edge left after cutting which should be removed, even a child know that. Just a low quality items you can buy here therefore not recommended. However very good and fast next day delivery service by Fedex they offer.

    We sincerely apologised to the customer for the item arriving with some damage. While such occurrences are rare, they can unfortunately happen due to courier mishandling. The customer requested a 50% refund, which we did not find appropriate under the circumstances. Ultimately, the customer chose to keep the item. In addition, we have sold over 100 of these steps with no issues apart from this negative feedback.
