    Holding one to two sales per month on eBay, with hundreds of listings, we love to bring a diverse array of items to collectors. Embracing the auction format, most listings start at 99p with no reserve, so we let our customers determine the market price. Big postage problem. I paid £9.50 for delivery, waited over a week and got a card from Royal Mail telling me that postage of £4.70 was due. The seller had taken my money, demonstrably kept £4.80 of the postage cost and this then left me to wait to find what was wrong and then I had to pay the extra £4.70. Completely unacceptable, and this from a business seller. I have the Royal Mail card and delivery documentation to prove the postage cost shortage despite having paid the required amount.
