About us

Welcome to our eBay Shop.In July 2001 we opened our first Mobile Phone retail repair outlet and since then that has grown to over 10 successful shops across the South East. During the early stages we really struggled to find a supplier to cater for our needs, we felt our needs were simple- high quality parts, a reliable service and reasonable prices. We therefore decided to go direct to China for our own needs and we quickly found local shops started to take our products because the quality was extremely good and the service was second to none due to our vast retail backgrounds. Phone Parts Express was then founded, after numerous trips to China, America and across Europe we had hand selected a supply chain that we felt comfortable with to deliver a second to none service. In that time we have moved our warehouse location once and recently doubled the size of our existing warehouse to cater for thousands of extra parts and accessories.
