The pickups are unique in that they provide a simple way to convert a wind or brass instrument into an electric instrument without changing the feel or play-ability of the instrument, or its natural sound. The key advantages of PiezoBarrel pickups is that they require no battery, eliminate feedback and spill, and can be used directly with guitar effect pedals to take advantage of a high quality analog and digital signal processing capabilities.
