It had broken pieces on the inside Trac, which we had to try to use pieces from the other sunroof. Seems like those pieces that were broken are the pieces that failed the most. Had to completely disassemble to try to make one working unit.

We have no communication from you regarding this issue. All sunroofs are fully test prior to dismantling. If you contacted us when you realized that there was damage we could have made a claim with the shipper and had you send the item back for a full refund.
