  item as described but the seller does not respond to any messages. i had requested the item be mailed via priority instead of ground because it would take weeks via ground to the hawaiian islands. seller sent it ground anyway and it took forever

  Buyer sent a message after the item had already shipped stating it needed to go priority, there is no way for me to change shipping after an item has been dropped off. If buyers need specific shipping services they need to request that before purchase and PAY for the service they need. This buyer paid 7.99 for ship, cost 9.35 to ship. Priority shipping was $6 more. I do not cover extra expenses for more expensive shipping services, I choose the fastest shipping for the price paid.
