    Arrived faster than expected in good condition. Item was as pictured, but I hadn't realized it didn't include the usb AC converter for wall charging. I'm using one from another device. Device charged batteries with no problems & they seem to have good life. Still getting used to wearing earbuds. Sound amp helps & controls work fine. Device is about 75% of the length I was expecting, so controls are not visible but easy to learn. Onboard mic quite noisy when moving & I prefer the remote so far
