Seller was asked specifically to combine postage on multiple items, and then did not, and in enquiry told me it was my fault for paying too quickly, that she had sent it for next day delivery (it arrived 4 days later) and was not helpful in responding to my enquiry. The items were also stuffed fairly carelessly into one plastic bag. Very disappointing service. Pity because the shirts are good.

hello, we offered you a combined postage , this was no problem. you bought and paid straight away before we could send you a revised ebay invoice. we asked you NOT to pay staight away. you received a 20% discount on your order, we used a next day delivery service , your order was placed in a clear protective dust sleeve and then into an official ebay packageing bag. you saved over £100 and we still tried to help further.
