    The item arrived sooner than was estimated in great condition and as advertised. No marks or damage on unit. Its a good quality unit and money conversion from USD to AUD meant it rated lower in value than it should have - not the sellers fault at all (I could have paid much less and received it sooner from a local retailer - d'oh !)

    Bought the Insta360 x5 from this seller, couldn’t activate the camera with my phone, so I contacted Insta360 for technical support. Their answer is “this camera is through unregulated channels and cannot enjoy after-sales support “. Tried to return the camera and the seller asks me where I got this camera from… lol

    With your low Feedback and high value purchase, its a high potential for scams being that we sold hundreds of units brand new sealed and you are the only one that says there is an activation problem. Something is not right and there is a pending investigation on your account
