    Ho acquistato l’articolo con arrivo previsto il 20 agosto. Il 27 agosto, non avendo ancora ricevuto nulla, ho contattato il venditore per chiedere informazioni. Immediatamente il pacco è risultato “consegnato”, ma in realtà non è mai arrivato: nessuna telefonata,nessun avviso lasciato dal corriere nella buca delle lettere, nessuna prova di consegna (firma o foto). Il venditore non ha fornito soluzioni concrete (rimborso o nuova spedizione), limitandosi a scaricare la responsabilità sul di me!
