    The remote that I received worked with my Bose 321 series III system, but not completely. I can turn my system on or off, play the dvd, but can’t switch to radio (AM or FM). I contacted the seller and I explained the issue. He asked if my original remote can switch from dvd to radio and I told him it does. I think they will send me a replacement. Overall, the after sales service is very good.
