I purchased an item from the seller and asked the shipping be delayed a couple days as I was going to be out of town and didn’t want it to sit on my porch. He created a shipping label and somehow the item was never sent and ultimately the seller’s site was closed down and out of operation, though he had been in business over a decade. Ebay was made aware of the situation and refunded all of my money so everything was resolved.
