  bag came in really good condition, seller was also communicative when i requested additional pictures. only thing is the shipping took longer than expected (10 days), and also the bag was folded in half for shipping. i understand why the bag had to be compressed, but it put strain on the straps and back padding, so a different packing method would've been much appreciated. however, overall good value, not that bad all things considered.

  Excellent packaging, communication, and shipping. Highly recommended seller. Only concern is that it looks more like the “rose gold” than than the “gold.” Pre-owned, no tags. so no telling which it is. It has a pinkish/gold hue in person, which really looks like calpak’s rose gold to me. Excellent seller.
