    I am not assuming this is you, it’s most definitely RM. My item was thrown over my back gate and therefore has smashed! I am on hold to RM to complain but want to know if you can get compensation from them as it says signed for item but they didn’t get my signature, just dumped it over the gate. I would like a replacement please and for RM to cover the cost of the item and postage. Thank you
