Item was stated as brand new sealed, but it was not. Scotch tape was placed over original seal tape Technics provided. Firmware was already updated, no headphone comes out of the box with updated firmware,battery was full, no battery comes full out of the box. Seller is not honest. Beware, very dishonest seller. I will be contacting eBay.

Item was brand new, and factory sealed. We had seven of these, and had no issues with the other six. That said, we would have gladly accepted a return for a refund, but the buyer has not requested one.
