    Items not as described, one disk was so scratched and damaged that it will not play. Seller also used USPS flat rate boxes wrapped in white plastic. USPS noticed the size of the box and I had to pay additional postage for Flat Rate materials used to ship this item.

    I am so sorry you are upset but as I have mentioned to you in our emails back and forth that I would refund you your money if you would return the item per Ebay's policy. The cd's worked when they were packed up and shipped. Again, I am sorry and am willing to make it right for you. I am still waiting for you to send proof that you had to pay extra postage on this exact item. Can you also explain why you did not file a claim with Ebay? Once again, I am always willing to accommodate.
